Studio Morningstars is a creative studio based in Varberg, Sweden. This site is built and hosted on Adobe Portfolio.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal information unless you choose to contact us directly.

1. Nature of the Work

All content displayed on this website represents the speculative art direction, world-building, and visual prototyping work of Studio Morningstars, based in Varberg, Sweden. The imagery, campaign frameworks, and lookbooks published here exist for the sole purpose of demonstrating professional creative direction, character continuity, and high-fidelity environment design. No content on this site constitutes a commercial advertisement, a product placement, or a brand endorsement.

2. Third-Party Trademark & Brand Reference Disclaimer

Certain speculative campaign concepts displayed on this site incorporate references to the names, visual identities, or product categories of real-world commercial brands. These references are made strictly within the context of non-commercial, artistic, and portfolio demonstration work.

In accordance with Recital 21 of the EU Trade Mark Regulation (EUTMR No. 2017/1001) and Recital 27 of the EU Trade Mark Directive (TMD 2015/2436), such artistic use is permissible provided it complies with honest practices in industrial and commercial matters. Studio Morningstars confirms that:

No real-world brand assets have been used to suggest affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial partnership of any kind.

All product trademarks and brand identities referenced remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective legal owners.

Studio Morningstars holds no commercial relationship with any brand depicted in speculative campaign materials.

3. Fictional Brands & Original Characters

Campaign materials, if ever used or displayed, are produced under entirely original, fictional conceptual frameworks created by Studio Morningstars. These brands, if ever displayed, their visual identities, and all associated creative assets are the proprietary intellectual property of Studio Morningstars.

The digital personas Lyra, Astra, James and Orion are entirely fictional, original character composites created and curated by Studio Morningstars. They are not based on, derived from, or intended to represent any real individual, living or deceased. Any visual resemblance to real persons is unintentional and incidental.

4. AI-Generated Content — Transparency Notice
(EU AI Act, Article 50 — Regulation (EU) 2024/1689)

In compliance with Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), which became fully enforceable on 2 August 2026, Studio Morningstars discloses that the visual assets displayed across this portfolio were produced using generative AI synthesis tools, under direct human authorship, creative direction, and post-production curation by Studio Morningstars.

As this content forms part of an evidently artistic and creative work, disclosure is made in a manner consistent with Article 50 that does not impede the display or enjoyment of the work, in accordance with the EU Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content.

All exported master files retain machine-readable content credentials and provenance metadata in accordance with applicable technical standards.

5. Commercial Licensing & Usage Rights

All assets displayed on this site are published for portfolio and exploratory viewing purposes only. They are not licensed for commercial reproduction, media placement, public broadcast, or redistribution in any form without prior written agreement.
